Don and I have been exchanging recipes and thought we would share with you guys too.

Ill be putting some of my favourite recipes on here in the next few days.

Let us know if you try any and what you think, and more importantly post your recipes.

I agree - no new recipies for a month - and that when I promised to publish one every week :( let's do something about that!

I usually prefer serranos, depends on what's with it and how oily it is. I think jalapenos can work with something more oily that spreads the heat out.

Jalapeno's are the wrong kind of heat for Curry, you need Thai Dragons maybe! little sharper flavor less peppery, sorta

It's basically Chinese yellow curry, which isn't as hot as Indian curries, but seems to concentrate more on ginger and turmeric. But one can always add some jalapenos!

I'm still experimenting with the pressure cooker and Taiwan-sourced curry. It never comes out deep enough, I'll probably just put the whole bottle of curry in next time.

but, wut were having is a happy hour with drinks and snacks (cheese, crackers, spreads, salmon, ect.), then, for dinner, were having turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, mash potatos, and peas...
